Normal, it's murder, I would have ordered a 5-year prison term at least and the parents of the poor girl.

I sense that these doctors will soon leave Algeria for a more civilized country, then they cry because intellectuals fleeing

It was not even my idea of what freedom and rights of women it seems! And gynecologist did his duty as a physician no more, and even more so if the girl's life was endangered by the pregnancy report! The Hippocratic oath is well done and he respected! And I wonder how all these medics arrive to exercise properly their job as they are crushed by the weight of a religion and all of a prohibited another world and resembles more of a religion's obscurantism! Sorry not to be in agreement with that same conviction and I deplore and condemn especially those who have condemned!

Declaration Of Pregnancy For Women Immigrants, Illegal?

Wednesday, December 16th, 2009

What are the procedures, both medically and legally, that a woman must perform extra community (non-EU nationals), living as illegal on the island of St. Martin (Antilles), French geographical area? To hear complexity of the situation: the biological father of the baby in gestation, is a French citizen, but refuses for the moment was ensuring paternity, and to recognize the father. It is also to break the relationship, and expel him from the house where they lived together, there are still a few days. How should a woman do this, so that it can recognize, legal form, the paternity of baby, face the French authorities? view the negative, the father acknowledges paternity, she should, yet, not officially declare who is the progenitor? Although I have consulted several pages Net, referring to the status Island Territorial St. Martin, I remain in doubt as to what are the possibilities that the baby was admitted

One thing is for sure this woman is a beautiful m ****. But everything is possible, it is surely possible to assert the right of the soil (or blood from the father) a child (but no mother 't count on it too) if he is left alone, if his mother is deported he will be better placed with his father, except in a host family for the worst looking of the DASS. Sorry for not being more positive but we must still take into account the illegal status of the mother, and therefore it has no rights and that France does not owe him absolutely nothing and compassion if it is decided to return to his country. This is the law in this cruel world. Good luck to her in any case, I hope it will come to rectify the situation and that of her child, all my wishes for courage and success.
