You're going to lose quite a bit during the menses. After the rest I suggest you play sports (eg local gym in an association, it's cheap) because if you do not make your abs after physiotherapy sessions, you will find it difficult to lose the belly . Personally, I lost 10 pounds the first month (5 to the birth of BB and 5 at menarche) but I ate some more dessert!
Ben just does not breastfeed so you will be best to agree on a proper diet with your doctor. You thought still not lose all your pregnancy kg in one week is not it? Already left your body recover from pregnancy and childbirth before thinking about your line. And you say although in general it is 9 months to make a baby and 9 months to lose the kg taken. The priority for now is your baby. Ah, the fact that breastfeeding does not lose weight specifically, it allows just that your uterus is "retract" faster.
I've never been in your case (I use 9-10kg), but it goes fast enough in general, provided that proper diet, and apart from 2 or 3 kg recalcitrant … No stress! Above , no sport before making your perineal re-education …
It takes almost a year before the body becomes soft, "as before". I would advise you therefore to let nature (by eating balanced and playing sports) during the year following pregnancy and providing a real plan to attack after that period. If you're pressed, wait only six months .. . But does not lose it again without doing anything!
I took 10 pounds during my pregnancy, and 15 days after my birth I had lost. What I have are the 20 weight gain during the 2 years of testing because of my 3 miscarriages … then I lost 7 pfffiou only 13
I was so taken by the arrival of baby, tiredness and everything (cleaning, ironing etc.) that I did not even realize that I 'I'd lost 10 pounds. I did not breastfeed and it did not pose a problem in my weight loss. I think that breastfeeding does not necessarily lose weight (I have a friend who is breastfeeding and who has not lost an ounce and her baby is 5 months!). Take your time, not be pressed too or obsessed with your weight, you'll see it leave alone! Good luck.
my son is already 23 months but I lost 18 pounds in six months thanks to a nutritionist.'s up to you whether you really want to lose them and take the right approach because the rotten regimes such Dunkan magazine or there, it is just lose weight faster and recover them quickly too. and you will need strength to properly take care of your baby, so has 9 months to lose your extra pounds being helped a little (dietician, nutritionist, GP … ) or by eating balanced because you were not large at the base and a bit of sport to strengthen the whole.
Honestly it can take out of the maternity ward for some never to see weight gain for others. But if you care the average is 9 months-1 year to lose everything. If you want so much to heart that it consults a nutritionist that will be most effective without losing too much speed and level in the most suitable. But just for info a week is nothing 2kg per week for two months would bring it to lose everything and not 4-5 years …
