But in general, what are the most common early symptoms of pregnancy?
1- Nausea and vomiting are maybe the earliest sings of pregnancy; some women may suffer from this illness or( morning sickness) since the first week of pregnancy. Usually women suffer from this sickness in the morning but it could happen any time through the day or the night. Although there is no certain reason for this illness, changes of hormone levels are mostly accused. Some smells and kinds of food, such as coffee or fried food, could trigger this illness. In some cases, morning sickness could be so sever that it demands the woman stay in hospital under medical care for several days. In general, eating some sweets before leaving the bed could help lessen this illness. Besides, some safe anti-vomiting drugs could be useful.

2- Breast tenderness is another early symptom of pregnancy; breasts tend to be tender and swollen, or the woman may feel discomfort in her breasts while sleeping or taking a shower. Also, the nipples become more sensitive or darker. And again hormones are responsible for these symptoms in order to prepare the body for breastfeeding.
3- A missed period could be the first and the only sign for many women which indicates pregnancy and which urges them to investigate the other symptoms. But this sign is not always obvious for some women who experience only lighter periods.
4- Fatigue is also one of the earliest symptoms. It might be confusing at first when a women experience unreasonable fatigue or exhausting when doing the normal activities. Other one could find it hard to leave the bed, or may sleep for longer hours. Short rests or naps are good to handle this problem.
5- Frequent urination is one common symptom which may be caused by two reasons: the swollen uterus which puts pressure on bladder, and the extra fluids that the pregnant body tends to keep, giving the kidneys more work to do.
6- Dizziness and fainting are also common in the symptoms list, and also have a couple of reasons: the first one is the lack of blood sugar, which is the main food for the baby, especially if the woman did not eat for a pretty long time. The other reason is the low blood pressure, especially after standing for a while, since more blood is going to the uterus, which in turn compresses arteries in legs causing lower blood pressure.
7- Low back pain is another symptom added to the hormone change effects in addition to the pressure of the bigger uterus and the gain of weight. Hormones are also responsible for the swinging mood that the women experience in pregnancy. It is common for them to become more irritable or stressful for no reasonable reason.
This list can be longer and longer, and every pregnancy is a special case. And for several women the first sign that indicates pregnancy is a deep feeling inside which tills them that there is something different happening in their bodies.
